A unique and highly collectible Highland Park created exclusively for the Royal Navy.
Following the success of The Battle of Jutland commemorative bottling, Highland Park was invited to create The Dolphins — an officially licensed single malt produced for sale exclusively within the bars and shops of HM Naval Base Clyde at Faslane, Scotland, home of the Royal Navy’s submarine fleet.
Released in 2018, this special bottling takes its name from the famous submarine warfare badge worn by Royal Navy submariners — proudly known as “The Dolphins”.
Matured predominantly in refill casks alongside first-fill sherry seasoned European oak, first-fill sherry seasoned American oak and ex-bourbon casks, this is a light yet richly layered Highland Park with excellent balance and character.
Expect notes of vanilla, ripe banana, lemon peel, toasted oak, white pepper and Highland Park’s trademark gentle aromatic peat smoke.
