2.2 By entering any Draw, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3. Regulatory
3.1 Draws are structured as free prize draws and/or prize competitions so as not to constitute regulated lotteries under the Gambling Act 2005.
3.2 Where a Draw includes a paid route to enter and selection is by chance, a free entry route is provided and treated equivalently, in line with CAP Code guidance.
3.3 Draws will use a verifiably random computer process to select Winners (including instant wins).
4. Eligibility
4.1 Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Proof of age and residency may be required and may be verified at the point of registration using an automated process.
4.2 The following are ineligible to participate in draws/competitions: employees, contractors or agents of the Promoter (and their household members); any person directly involved in the administration of a Draw; any person submitting automated/bulk entries.
4.3 Only one account is permitted per natural person. The Promoter may undertake identity, age, residency and anti-fraud checks (including verification of payment methods).
4.4 Draws involving alcohol prizes will require age verification upon delivery; deliveries must be received by a person aged 18+.
4.5 The Promoter may refuse, void or disqualify entries that are late, incomplete, ineligible, incomprehensible, or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms.
5. Opening/Closing Dates
5.1 Draw opening and closing dates/times (the “Closing Date”) and any ticket/entry caps appear on the Draw page. All times are UK (London) time unless stated otherwise.
5.2 The Promoter may correct obvious errors and, where necessary for fairness, move a draw time (e.g. due to verified technical failure), giving reasonable notice on the Website.
5.3 Closing dates will not be extended in order to sell more entries under any circumstances.
6. How to Enter
6.1 Paid Entry Route: Follow the instructions on the Draw page; select the number of entries permitted by any per-person or overall cap; answer the question; complete checkout. Entry is confirmed only when payment is accepted and a confirmation is issued.

7. Entry Caps, Ticket Numbers and Account Conduct
7.1 Any maximum entries per person and overall cap will be shown on the Draw page. Once an overall cap is reached, further entries will not be accepted (and any payment will be refunded).
7.2 The Promoter may at its absolute discretion cancel and refund entries, or disqualify an Entrant, for suspected abuse (e.g., opening multiple accounts, using automated scripts, identity fraud, chargeback abuse, circumventing caps).

9.2 Winners must respond and complete Prize verification within 21 days.
9.3 If a Winner cannot be contacted or fails verification or fails to claim a prize within the timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to a reserve Winner.
9.4 The Promoter may require Winners to complete reasonable publicity/verification formalities (subject to their consent).
10. Prizes; Substitution; Cash Alternatives
10.1 The prize(s) (“Prize(s)”) are as described on the Draw page. Images are illustrative only and colours or specifications may vary.
10.2 Cash Prizes will be paid by bank transfer to a UK account in the Winner’s name following account and identity verification.
10.3 Unless expressly stated, the Promoter is not responsible for any personal tax liabilities of the Winner or any duties involved in claiming the Prize.

11.5 Risk in a Prize passes to a Winner on delivery/collection.
12. Equal Treatment of Entries; Odds
12.1 For Draws with paid and free routes, each eligible entry, paid or free, has an equal chance of winning a main Prize and an instant win Prize.
12.2 Where an overall ticket cap applies, the odds are the ratio of the number of entries held by an Entrant to the total valid number of entries at Draw close.
13. Publicity
13.1 By entering, Entrants consent to reasonable publicity relating to the Draw.
13.2 Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted content solely for administering the Draw and reasonable publicity, subject to any privacy request.
14. Conduct, Security and Fraud Prevention
14.1 The Promoter may take any action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of a Draw.
14.2 Any attempt to tamper with or compromise the entry process, system or Draw mechanism is prohibited.
15. Errors, Interruptions and Force Majeure
15.1 If a manifest error or system failure materially affects a Draw, the Promoter may cancel the affected entries and refund entry fees or substitute a reasonable equivalent.
15.2 The Promoter is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
16. Liability
16.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
16.2 Subject to clause 16.1: (a) the Promoter is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses; and (b) the Promoter’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the higher of the entry fees paid by that Entrant or £100.
