Crafted at The Balvenie distillery, this 18 Year Old expression has been finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, lending an extra layer of depth and richness to David Stewart’s celebrated house style. Handcrafted in the traditional Speyside manner, this is a single malt built on patience, skill and time.
Expect deep notes of dark dried fruit, molasses, honeyed malt, warm oak and gentle spice, all rounded out by that unmistakable Balvenie smoothness and a long, mellow finish that reveals something new with every dram.
Balvenie’s PX cask releases are produced in modest numbers and disappear quickly once bottled. With demand for well-aged, sherry-finished Speyside malts continuing to grow, bottles like this rarely linger on shelves — or in vaults.
