Discover Highland Park Fire Edition, an extraordinary 15-year-old Island single malt Scotch whisky inspired by the fiery legends of Norse mythology and the remarkable craftsmanship of Scotland’s iconic Highland Park Distillery.
Released in 2016, this exceptional limited edition is the second and final expression in Highland Park’s celebrated Ice and Fire Collection, honouring the mythical Fire Giants of the Viking age and the legendary realm of Muspelheim.
Matured for 15 years exclusively in refill Port wine-seasoned casks, this rare single malt delivers a distinctive combination of rich fruit, warming spices and Highland Park’s signature gentle peat smoke.
Bottled at 45.2% ABV, with only 28,000 bottles released worldwide, this collectible expression showcases exceptional balance, complexity and character.
Expect captivating aromas of ripe red berries, warm vanilla, cinnamon and rich dark chocolate, complemented by subtle smoky undertones. The palate reveals luscious sweet plums, dried citrus peel, creamy vanilla and warming spices, leading to a long, beautifully balanced finish of fruit sweetness, gentle peat smoke and lingering oak spice.
Presented in a striking crimson-red glass bottle, housed within a distinctive black wooden cradle inspired by the world of Norse mythology, Highland Park Fire Edition is a magnificent addition to any serious whisky collection.
