Distilled at Dalmore in 2006 and matured for 17 years, this exceptionally limited Highland single malt was selected by independent bottler Duncan Taylor for its prestigious The Octave collection.
The whisky was finished in a tiny sherry octave cask, dramatically increasing contact with the oak and adding concentrated richness to Dalmore’s naturally deep, fruit-led character.
Bottled in 2023 at 50.8% ABV from Cask #1036113, the entire release produced just 78 bottles.
That’s the real scarcity here — this isn’t a numbered edition produced in the thousands. It is one individual cask with fewer than 100 bottles released.
