The Highland Park 22 Year Old The Octave, bottled in 2025, is an extremely limited release from one of Orkney’s most iconic distilleries.
Matured for 22 years and finished in a smaller octave cask, it delivers classic Highland Park character with layers of heather honey, dried fruit, warming spice, vanilla, oak and gentle peat smoke.
This particular bottle is No. 79 of only 83 bottles produced, making it a genuinely tiny outturn release.
