The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 Year Old 2025 Release sits among the distillery’s most prestigious age statements — matured for a full 25 years in carefully selected sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez.
After a quarter-century in oak, the result is classic mature Macallan: intensely rich, layered and beautifully polished. Expect dried fruits, raisins, dark chocolate, warming spice, orange and mature oak, developing into a long, luxurious finish.
This is also the 2025 dated release. As Macallan moves forward with each annual edition, previous vintages become a fixed part of the Sherry Oak series rather than something continually reproduced.

The winning ticket number will either be selected automatically by the Highland Vault competition system or drawn live and announced on our website and social media channels.
